How can I check if I have PPI?


Your bank or loan statements should itemise ‘PPI’ as a separate charge and so this is the quickest way to establish whether you have the policy or not, although this may not apply to cases such as single premium PPI.

Will my Bank relationship be affected?


No. If you have been mis-sold a product you are fully entitled to claim back your money.


Banks have recently accept that they have done wrong and so reclaiming your PPI will not place any sort of ‘black mark’ on your relationship with the bank.

How long will my claim take?


Most cases are dealt with within 8-12 weeks of the Bank receiving your complaint.


The Financial Services Authority (FSA) insist that all cases are investigated within this timeframe using the PPI claim process guidlines.


Should your bank not keep to these deadlines then Right Conclusion will liaise with the relevant authorities to ensure a swift settlement to your claim is achieved.

What will my claim cost?


We operate on a no win, no fee basis.

Right Conclusion will issue a No Win No Fee supply of service agreement which stipulates a commission fee of 20% (plus VAT) of any financial offer or award you receive as a result of a successful claim. However a fee will be payable if a case is not pursued at your request outside of the ‘cooling off’ period.

How do I make my claim?


All banks offer a free complaints service and you can lodge a complaint on your own behalf. If you are subsequently unhappy with the outcome, you can ask the Financial Ombudsman Service to look into this for you. Details can be found on the Financial Ombudsman website.

My loan has finished - Can I claim?


Yes Generally you can claim back PPI premiums on most mis sold PPI policies going back ten years.


Having in your pocession a copy of your contract is more important the older the claim. A Copy may be obtained from the relevant Bank who sold it to you but this would result in a further time delay in completing your claim.
